The Flemingsburg-Fleming County Industrial Authority currently has Industrial Park II which is composed of 190 acres of gently rolling land is available for sale and development of industrial facilities.
 Major local industries include Tinnerman Palnut, makers of automotive and appliance trim; Housing Innovations a modular home manufacturer established in 2004; GreenTree Forest Products, specialty pallets and skids, hardwood grade lumber products; Wallingford Pallet, pallets, lumber and sawduct; Appalachian Floor Vents, hardwood floor registers; Hypac Inc., refurbishers of hydraulic equipment; Riverside Plastics, plastic flower pots, boat parts, plastic livestock equipment; TOYO SEAT USA, makers of automotive seat tracks, latches and seat frames; and 4 Seasons established in 2004 a manufacturer of agricultural feed supplements. Blue Water Park Models has committed to lease the spec building and will soon be in production. The current labor supply is good. Industrial sites are available in the Flemingsburg/Fleming County Industrial Park II.
