2/2   Digital Photography Class at Fleming Co. Extension Office
Was a new digital camera under your tree this Christmas? Would you like to learn how to operate it successfully? If so, this class is for you. A digital photography class is scheduled for February 2 from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. at the Fleming County Extension Office by Charlie Charles, Rowan Co. High School Photography teacher.

This is an introductory level class to digital photography, but is open to all camera owners that want to get more out of their camera. Participants will be introduced to and learn various skills, terminology, practices, and principles associated with digital photography. This will also include safe storage and editing of digital images.

The class instruction will include lectures, visual aids, demonstrations, hands-on activities, and photo assignments. Each participant needs to have their own digital camera (brand, style, features & accessories are not important) and needs to bring the camera with them to each class meeting. Participants will be given the opportunity to have their photos displayed, discussed, critiqued, and receive constructive advice for improvement.

Participants will receive helpful contact information and web links to professional photographers, businesses, and educators specializing in digital photography.

There is a limit of 15 participants. Class fee is $10.00. To register or to obtain more information, please contact the Fleming County Extension Office at 845-4641. (6 - 9 PM)
